Please FAX the order form or clearly list the title, ISBN, quantity of all titles ordered, your name, street address, credit card information, fax number and a daytime telephone number where you can be reached.

Individual credit card orders are processed by Malloy, the Aurora Press warehouse.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR U.S.A. ADDRESSES $4.50 US for the first book and $1.00 US for each additional book. We ship UPS or First Class mail. If you require a specific shipping method, indicate it on your order. Michigan residents, please include 6% state sales tax with your payment.

IMPORTANT Please include a street address. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.

Shipping charges for orders shipped outside the U.S.A. are $6.00 US for the first book and $2.00 for each additional book ordered.
